An intimate celebration where old world maximalism was reinterpreted within a modern love story. Once an old bank, now converted to serve as a space for intimate gatherings, City National Bank is an exclusive venue nestled in the renown historical district of Galveston. Planned by the exquisite Haylee, from Water to Wine Events, every detail of the day embraced the breathtaking architectural elements of the space and gave a feeling of quiet luxury.
Upon entering, guests were immediately immersed into the rich history of the space and felt transported elsewhere. We crafted lush dutch master’s inspired floral pieces, each unique in their own composition, that dramatically overflowed a long head table and were styled alongside clusters of fruit. A stunning display of candles filled the table and surrounding spaces to create a glowing atmosphere of romance. The grand piano was surrounded by naturalistic floral pieces that highlighted the dessert and fruit display for guests. With an inimitable team of professionals working together, every nook of the space was thoughtfully utilized to create intimate moments that delighted and captivated guests’ senses throughout the flow of the evening.
