After we have received your inquiry, we will set up our initial consultation to find out more about your vision, what is important to you, and how best we can serve your needs.
02/ Booking
Once you have reviewed our proposed quote and confirmed your investment, our team will send over our booking documents. We require a signed contract as well as a deposit in order to secure our services for the requested date.
03/ Design & Proposal
Our team will now begin our design process to create a one-of-a-kind proposal tailored to you. We will source and gather any necessary materials and/or visual aids needed to convey our ideas, and we will clearly communicate and guide you every step of the way.
04/ Delivery
No detail is overlooked. On the day of delivery, we ensure our team’s presence on-site with our full attention as well as the level of professionalism that we pride ourselves on. We go one step further in bringing your vision to life- by giving you something that you didn’t even know you desired till you saw it.
